Areas of specialization:

Ms Löw practises exclusively in the field of civil law. Her practice focuses on labor law and tenancy law. In addition, Ms Löw also practises in the areas of general civil law and contract law.

In the field of labor law, she is active as a lawyer in all areas of labor law. Ms Löw advises and represents both employers and employees. In the field of individual employment law, Ms Löw advises and represents clients on all matters relating to employment law, in particular on the following issues:

• Drafting and structuring of employment contracts
• Disputes arising during the course of an employment relationship (e.g. financial disputes, written warnings, threats of dismissal).
• Advice, both before and after notice of dismissal has been given, on sensible courses of action and responses, always aiming, where possible, to reach a reasonable, mutually agreed settlement.
• Where necessary, consistend representation in proceedings before the labor courts. This applies in particular to representation in proceedings concerning protection against unfair dismissal, where, as a rule, we also explore sensible options for reaching a settlement.

Ms Löw also practises in the field of collective labour law, for example by advising employers and works councils on the rights and obligations of the parties involved in workplace cooperation (employers and works councils), with a particular focus on the works council’s rights to participation and co-determination.

A further main focus for her work lies in tenancy law. Ms Löw advises and represents both landlords and tenants on matters including the following:

• Drafting and structuring tenancy agreements
• Disputes arising during the tenancy
• Termination of tenancies

In addition to these focuses on labor and tenancy law, Ms Löw advises and represents clients in general civil and contract law.
