As a specialist lawyer for building and architects’ law, Dr. Gregor Albach advises private builders, purchasers of condominiums, condominium owners’ associations, project developers, builders, craftsmen and architects in all matters relating to the handling of building and renovation projects.

Starting with the drafting/examination of contracts, through consulting during construction, to representation in legal proceedings, all stages of a construction project are part of his constant focus of activity.

In addition to the classical issues of civil construction law, Dr. Albach also focuses on various other issues of real estate law. Examples of this are:

  • Advice and procedural representation of purchasers or sellers of real property
  • Neighbor law issues
  • Residential property law (WEG)

A further focus has developed in commercial tenancy law. Here, Dr. Albach advises various commercial tenants and landlords, particularly on questions of contract drafting.

He also represents our clients in various administrative law issues. Here, the focus is on public building law.

Dr. Albach also regularly advises our international clients in English.
