In corporate law, this includes in particular the formation of corporations, company agreements and incorporations, capital increases and reductions, mergers, splits, asset transfers and changes of legal form. Our notaries also attend shareholders’ meetings and record the minutes of general meetings.

In real estate law, this includes in particular purchase agreements and the transfer of land and apartments, as well as real estate financing such as land charges and mortgages, as well as declarations of partition of residential property, property development agreements and heritable building rights agreements. In family and inheritance law, this includes in particular marriage contracts and divorce settlement agreements, health care proxies and living wills, wills and inheritance contracts as well as applications for certificates of inheritance.
