Examples of this are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advice and procedural representation of purchasers or sellers of real property<\/li>\n<li>Neighbor law issues<\/li>\n<li>Residential property law (WEG)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A further focus has developed in commercial tenancy law. Here, Dr. Albach advises various commercial tenants and landlords, particularly on questions of contract drafting.<\/p>\n<p>He also represents our clients in various administrative law issues.
